How WASF handles the information you share with us. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to reply to you and to send updates you asked for.
What we collect
Contact form: your name and email, optionally your phone number and organization, and the message you send.
Newsletter: your email address.
That’s it — we don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use it
Contact submissions are emailed to us so we can respond to your enquiry.
Your newsletter email is used only to send occasional updates about WASF, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Who processes it
We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site and our emails:
- Resend— email delivery (contact form & newsletter).
- Sanity — content management.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Cloudflare — domain, DNS, and network.
They process this information only on our behalf, to operate the website and our communications.
Retention & your rights
We keep enquiry emails and newsletter subscriptions only as long as needed. You can ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time — every email includes a way to opt out, or you can simply reply to unsubscribe.
